Really? Abercrombie and fitch coming to Madrid after a opening in Paris? Yes, it s true, but I wonder why one of my preferred marks cross the ocean to come everywhere. I keept my faith about standing a trendy original with my fitch polos only copied by some people who crossed the ocean on the opposite way.

I met Abercrombie for the first time in Toronto. I fall in love on September 2008: its polos, its jeans and this genuine cologne taste who everybody has visited once one of these shops keep in mind for a long time. I was really impressed about its shop on 5 th avenue in NYC and I visited again the trendy mark in Seattle, Chicago, San Diego, Honolulu and, of course, San Francisco. My favourite one is based in Honolulu, because its the cheapest and, probably, less sofisticated than the others. But it s not more original for me, I mean that everybody wear polos with the AB around Paris and AF became Zara in just some months.

Last year, I ve decided to stop my romance with AB when I discovered that one of my favourite polos started to lose its color suddenly. At the beginning I thought to blame my housemaid for using heavy products to wash my clothes, but after I realized it was a simple quality problem. AF clothes become old quicker than others. It would be the same effect which Lady gaga is going to live in 20 years, even if she decides to use botox or to accept Sara Montiel s advise. I hope to live this moment, just to remind some people that Madonna is the original one, even if she uses botox too.

Now, I keep as a souvenir my first AF T shirt, which became older some time ago. I ve decided to gave it a gold asylum in my wardrobe and it waits my love to AF came again to the wonder years. I dont plan someone wears my old AF clothes, so they will remain at its asylum, as an locked museum. Sorry if someone thinks I m an asshole, but I m not going to gift my clothes to charity.
